How to use new HDB resale flat listing portal
Last week, a SengKang HDB anyhow set the asking price, and had to be taken down when authority flagged them as being as been unrealistic and disruptive to consumer sentiments.
This week, HDB launched their new listing portal, which seeks to:
- list with reasonable asking price
- only genuine seller with registered Intent to Sell can list
- only genuine buyer with HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter can contact seller
- no duplicated listing
That’s actually good! Who doesn’t hate duplicate or click bait listings on PropertyGuru?
You can visit homes.hdb.gov.sg under Finding a Flat to view HDB listings. Read their lengthy PDF user guide for seller.
As of writing, there is zero listing. They soft-launched today, so it will take time.
