Price Guide for Lentor Central Residences
Lentor Central has released the guiding price for their upcoming launch. It turns out to be very attractive – the lowest in the Lentor region – at $1,902 PSF (pre-harmonized). Mind you, this is a new launch just a stone throw to a MRT.

With 28 floors, the price range is estimated to be $1.81m - $2.02m for 3-bedroom, and $2.13m - $2.36m with yard.
IMO, it’s a great launch price, if it turns out to be true and not increased during launch day. Just don’t be like some developer 🐱
