Chuan Park has finally confirm the dates! It was a long wait with an unexpected delay, but it’s now ready just in time before Singaporeans escape for their year-end holidays. Here are the important dates you’ve been waiting for!

The indicative starting price is provided by Kingsford. But they provided eg. $1.6xM, hence I use a mid eg. $1,650,000 to provide a more realistic data for consideration.

Surprisingly, it starts from $2,214 PSF! That’s a very very good entry price.
However, and strangely, the PSF increases for larger unit type. For 5BR, it is at the highest PSF of $2,419! There is only 1 stack, and it is not the best facing, so 🤷🏻♂️
