RES Exam 2024 Schedule
The RES examination is held 3 times every year for property agent wannabes.

Each exam consists of 2 papers held across 2 days, from 9.30am - 12pm.
What is most important is the registration date for stage 1, where you have to be the fastest to snatch the limited slots. The actual registration date will be confirmed by NTUC LearningHub 4-6 weeks before the exam.
Tips to be the fastest
Use computer with keyboard and open Email app/website (for receiving OTP later). The FormSG link will be activated at 9am sharp.
- Enter email first, and get the OTP
- But don’t wait; Go fill up the rest of the fields:
- Name, NRIC, mobile
- Copy-paste, or autofill
- Select papers
- Tick tick tick..
- Go to your email and copy-paste the OTP, click verify
- Submit!
If you can submit in 1 minute, you should have a chance.
